About Us


The Puerto Rican Organization for Cultural Enhancement and Reaffirmation, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation based in Palm Beach County, Florida.  It was created upon initiative and funding from the Pabón-Villanueva family by a group of concerned Puerto Ricans to help fulfill varied needs of our community.  PROCER is committed to helping define our cultural identity and our unity of purpose when facing the challenges of modern day life and to share the best of our culture with other ethnic groups and promote it among the young, in order to preserve it for future generations.  Our Board of Directors is comprised of outstanding leaders in the community who care about promoting the best values and principles of our culture: honesty, responsibility, hospitality, hard work and pride.  We invite you to join us and be a leader, dare to become a modern day procer...
