Photo Gallery: Kaleidoscope 2008 Festival

During the last part of 2007, the PROCER Organization and the PRCS partnered with the Congress Middle School in Boynton Beach to participate in the Kaleidoscope Festival creating a village to depict Puerto Rico.  The theme of the festival this year was Go Green, so our village was named Natural Wonders of Puerto Rico.  For months both organizations worked with the school in educational activities for the students, to help them know our culture, the natural beauty of our island and the efforts to protect it from contamination, global warming and other treats to the environment.

In January 2008, the students and teachers of the school, with the help of both organizations were able to create a magnificent pavilion showing the public all the different aspects of our nature and climate, from the rain forest to the dry forest, from the coral reefs to the mountains, from the beaches to the caves...

Special gratitude goes to our human resources and artists: Ana Noble; Carlos Rivera and Jorge Bonilla for their hard work, artistic talent and eagerness to help.
